This README file explains how to pull Mozilla 1.4 from CVS.
To add Java support to Mozilla on Windows and Solaris, install the Sun J2SE v1.4.1 plug-in.
Linux binaries compiled by mozilla.org require the newer Sun J2SE v 1.4.2 or the Blackdown JDK 1.4.1 compiled with GCC 3.2.
On Macintosh, Mozilla uses the version of Java already installed on your system.
