Holiday Returns
Our holiday policy on returns is 60 days from date of purchase. Returns are accepted on unused equipment still in its original packaging for up to 60 days. We Cannot Accept Returns On Bats if the Cellophane Wrapper Has Been Removed.
To return any unused item(s), make a copy of your receipt, circle the item you are returning and write at the bottom of the receipt your reason for return (i.e. - Return for Refund, Return for exchange for ... ) For exchange be sure to include the exact model number and size or color you would like in return.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order was placed during our Free Shipping promotion we will deduct the standard ground shipping charge from your refund.
Special order items such as personalized gloves, bats and custom bat bags are not returnable. Videos are not returnable with the exception of manufacturer's defect.
