I'm not happy with the item I ordered. What now?
Simply e-mail us at far-horizons@shaw.ca with your name, address, item number, date of purchase and reason you wish to return the item within 15 days of receipt. We'll send you a return merchandise authorization number along with the address to send it to. All returns MUST be returned in their original packaging and insured. We do charge a 10% re-stocking fee.

What if my merchandise is broken?
We GUARANTEE all of your merchandise to arrive intact and in new condition!
If it isn't simply e-mail us at far-horizons@shaw.ca and we'll make arrangements to exchange it for new merchandise. Please be sure to include the item number, description and date of order. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) along with any special instructions.

I purchased 2 americana mugs from a school kid raising money. One of the large mugs is chipped on the bottom and it was to be a holiday gift! How can my money be refunded or replaced in time???
Contact the organization for which the fundraising sale was held. All returns have to be processed through them. We do guarantee all products to be free from defects and we're sure that there should be no dificulty in replacing and items which arrived damaged.
