Work on Hampton Court started as long ago as 1514, it was originally built for Cardinal Wolsey, it later became a Royal Palace. The building has been used by Kings and Queens fro Henry VII to the present Queen. There are so many rooms and exhibits to see but don't forget to leave time to explore the Tudor, Baroque and Victorian Gardens. The main things to put on your list to see when you visit Hampton Court are the Great Vine, The Mantegna Gallery and the Maze
