Entrust Authority™ Security Manager 7.0 Achieves Common Criteria EAL 4+ Certification


DALLAS – Entrust, Inc. [NASDAQ: ENTU], a world-leading provider of Identity and Access Management solutions, today announced that the foundation of the Entrust Authority™ product portfolio, Entrust Authority™ Security Manager 7.0, has achieved Common Criteria EAL 4+ certification.

Common Criteria testing is conducted through independent security testing and facilitated through the Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation Scheme for IT Security (CCEVS), an IT evaluation system overviewed by the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) and National Security Agency (NSA). The evaluation certification is recognized globally by many national governments including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Israel, Spain, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
