Aureole takes its name from the radiant light that emanates from the head of a saint, and this establishment from award-winning restaurateur Charlie Palmer glows with divine inspiration.

Walk in and it's clear the term "five star" was invented for this place. The first showstopper of the evening is the restaurant's 50' wine tower. Part skyscraper, part storage unit, part work of art, the one-of-a-kind wine cellar in the sky is manned by “Wine Angels” who fly up and down to harvest the tower's 9,000 bottles.

With three dining areas, Aureole is as elegant as you want it to be. Sink deeper into indulgence with each of the three courses on the prix fixe menu in the Swan Room. Enjoy a more relaxed elegance with the Main Dining Room's a la carte menu. Find a light menu in the Aureole Lounge—an intimate wine and cigar bar with more than the usual barroom nachos.

No matter where you're eating, you'll discover a dazzling array of artful new flavors that you've never tasted before, but work so well you'll wonder how you ever went this long without them. The American menu changes seasonally, so this culinary revolution is ongoing.

Recommended attire is casual elegant, with jackets suggested for men. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

Prixfixe menu is $55; Swan Court three-course menu is $75.
