Rehearsal	$50 per 1/2 hour - 1 hour minimum

Garden Rental	$50 per hour - 2 hour minimum
Guest room rental -early check in or  to dress in	$50 per hour with a  2 - hour minimum
Rent the entire house - includes Sundays and Holidays, all 11 guest rooms & breakfast, plus rental of the dining room, parlor, garden & piano at no additional cost	$2,500  - one night  $4,500  - 2 nights $6,000  - 3 nights
Kitchen Rental- available only when you have a licensed caterer	Price available upon request
Dining room Rental includes cream table linen	$150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum or $500 - all day

• We accept Visa, MC, American Express, Discover, cash & personal checks. 

• For Special Events, other than our Interactive Murder Mysteries, it is possible for those under the age of 16 years to attend; however, you must advise us at least 5 days in advance of your event; children 5 years old and less require a sitter.

• As our "Thank You" to you and your guests, for choosing Thayer’s, we offer a discount on each room reserved for the evening of your event.

• When booking all the guest rooms at Thayer's there is a special discounted rate.

• All food prices listed do not reflect the 6.5% Mn State sales tax and 20% service gratuity charge that are additional and automatically added. 

• We have access to professional musicians, entertainers, limo services, carriage rides, decorators, and charters.

• Private events are pre-paid. Once your date is set, and down payment has been received by Thayer's, the date belongs to you. 
• Remaining event balances are due fifteen days prior to the function.

• For Private Functions, other than Interactive Murder Mysteries, it is possible for those under the age of 16 years to attend; however, you must advise Sharon at least 5 days in advance of your function; children 5 years old and less require a sitter.

• Private events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If it becomes necessary to cancel an event with 120 days or more notice, we will issue a rain check in the full amount paid less a $50 service charge. If less notice is given, unless you fill the date, all payments received by Thayer's become the automatic cancellation fee.
• Thayer's reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason. Should a cancellation by Thayer's occur, Thayer's is responsible to return to the original purchaser the full amount paid to Thayer's. Thayer's will be held harmless for any additional costs or inconvenience the cancellation may cause.
