Based on Maui, Hawaii, Tropical Villa Vacations provides vacation villa reservations at better quality villas, estates, cottages and family style homes.

Keawakapu Beach Palms While vacationing on Maui you won't feel as though you are on your own. We provide all guests with authentic hotel-style Concierge service so our valued guests may experience a wonderful vacation complete with personalized on-island information and assistance.

Tropical Villa Vacations has pre-screened all private residences and has assembled a wonderful collection of accommodations which are above average in quality, ambiance and location. We have arranged special rates at select resort hotels as well as special golf fees at Wailea and Makena courses.
Tropical Villa Vacations is owned by Irene Ann Aroner. Irene has resided in sunny Kihei for 12 years and has been involved in the travel industry for an aggregate of 28 years. Her primary profession has been that of Chief Concierge and Consulting Concierge with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Seattle, Beverly Hills, Tokyo and throughout S. E. Asia at Regent Hotels.
The Tropical Villa Vacations team consists of many dedicated full-time staff. You will be assisted by Concierge-Yvonne Nitta (former Concierge Four Seasons Olympic Seattle, and former Chief Concierge Four Seasons Resort Wailea), Internet Reservations Supervisor Sheree Ann Quigley, Weekday Reservations Coordinator Anne Messelier, Weekend Office Manager Jackie Zisko and Photographer/Tech/Web Manager Daniel Morgan Boone.

Guests often remark that our photos don't reflect the true quality or ambiance and guests are surprised and delighted!

All villas are carefully selected and feature reliable housekeeping, maintenance, useful and plentiful amenities, comfortable ambiance, and an attractive décor.

We only reserve properties owned or managed by dependable and cooperative sources who also care about your enjoyment and who work together with us to ensure a good value.

We anticipate the needs of our guests!
After paying the initial amount guests will receive a complete services packet from Concierge Yvonne offering assistance with rental cars, baby supplies, snorkel & surf gear assorted rental supplies, child care, private chef or catering, and activity, massage, restaurant, and golf reservations.
After final payment guests receive a welcome packet with driving directions, shopping tips, area information fact sheets, maps, key and check/in-greeting information.

At your request you will receive a personal greeting and orientation upon arrival.

Whale Watching off the Lahaina Coast A useful compendium overflowing with island information, restaurant lists and informative articles about touring Maui will be provided in-villa. Specific Guest Use Guidelines are also provided in-villa so you know how to safely enjoy your accommodation.

We are available to our on-island guests 7 days per week during normal business hours and by cell phone for after hours emergency help.
