Q: Why can't I return a "personalized item."A: Personalized items are non-returnable for one simple reason -- they cannot be sold to another customer. 99% of the companies that offer personalization service will not accept a return after imprinting your name or initals on the item.
Q: What is your average return rate?A: Most companies will not share internal business statistics, but our return rate is so low that we don't mind letting you know that is is 2.5%, far below the national average. Nearly 98% of all our customers are satisfied with their purchase and would purchase a gift item from us again.
Q: Can I return an item I ordered six months ago, even if I've never used it?A: No refunds for any reason can be given if your original order date is more than 30 days. The '30 day time frame' is designed to allow enough time for shipping the merchandise to you and enough time for you to inspect the merchandise for any problems.
Q: What if I recieve personalized or imprinted merchandise that has a misspelling?A: We will replace the merchandise at no cost to you if the imprinting mistake is our fault. The correct version will be considered the original spelling you entered during the order process.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?A: Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your return merchandise
Q: What if I return my item without having a Return Merchandise Authoriation (RMA) # ?A: This is the most critical part of the returns process. Without an RMA number, our returns processing center cannot accept your merchanise, in which case it will be returned you.
Q: What if I decide I don't need the merchanidse and simply tell UPS to return it to sender?A: Never send merchanidse back to "sender." Our company ships from many locations around the United States and only our Returns Center in Savannah, Georgia is set up to receive merchandise and approve refunds. By sending merchandise back to "sender," you are sending it to a place that does not have the ability to track or credit your return.
