Starting in 1996, Alexa Internet has been donating their crawl data to the Internet Archive. Flowing in every day, these data are added to the Wayback Machine after an embargo period.
The FreeWeb Program was launched
in January 2003 as a way for 4AM Group to give back
to the professional community, to assist not-for-profit
organizations (non-profits) and to build lasting relationships
with new clients through web design, web site development
and email marketing. The principles of 4AM Group,
Paul Chu and Michael Kenneth Wong have been active
volunteers for their communities for over a decade
and FreeWeb has allowed them to bridge their personal
interests with their IT careers.
FreeWeb provides free websites for
local businesses and non-profit organizations. And yes
… FreeWeb is really free! The creative design
and web site development are included with all FreeWeb
website projects. However, third party charges involving
domain registration and hosting services are not included.
4AM Group can provide both services at a nominal charge.

Client type:
• Only new clients are eligible.
• Non-profit organizations or small businesses
are eligible
• Personal web sites are not eligible.
Services Provided:
• Free consultation
• Written project proposal
• Maximum of 3 pages for a web site
• HTML based websites
• Simple contact form
• Uploading of website to host server
• Search engine optimization
Excluded Services:
• Web site hosting
• Domain registration
• Any service not explicitly mentioned
in the deliverables section.
Terms
• The completed website will provide a
link to 4AM Group’s website.
• Upon completion of the web site, the
client will complete a project evaluation form.
• The project must be completed within
60 days of signing the written project proposal.
• Any delays to the completion date due
to the client’s inability to fulfill the
contract will allow 4AM to nullify
the contract.
• 4AM has the sole discretion in choosing
the client to award the free website.
• 4AM Group may discontinue offering this
free promotion at any time.
