Built in 1843, this antebellum house has been home to only six families in the past 161 years! Located within the historic district it is the largest restored pre-civil war home in Shelbyville, Tennessee and within walking distance of the Calsonic Arena. The 2 acre park-like setting is sheltered by a grand Black Walnut tree, three Southern Magnolias, a Tulip Poplar, stately Oaks and many more! Many original features remain in this home including gleaming red oak floors.
