Justin Crist Becomes New Creative Director

April 15, 2004 (Charlotte, NC) - RMG3, Inc., a leader in web site development and the provision of new media services for the sports industry since 1998, has named Justin Crist Creative Director.

Before joining RMG3, Crist was the founder and Creative Director of Saltydogma, an interactive design and development consultancy that provided online solutions to clients such as Bank of America and Children’s Miracle Network. He has also worked as a Creative Strategist, producing successful Internet products for companies including Bank One and Brown Brothers Harriman.

As the lead designer for Carolinas Healthcare System, the largest healthcare system in the Carolinas and one of the largest publicly owned systems in the nation, he was able to make drastic improvements in their corporate marketability with a full redesign of their online presence.

Crist's prior experience spans multiple disciplines and media. From stand-alone multimedia applications to complex 3-D engineering presentations to product package and brochure design, he has touched on almost every aspect of digital and traditional marketing.
