If you have problems logging into the course, your
computer is probably blocking cookies.
Our website uses cookies to associate you with quizzes and tests that
you take. We use only temporary cookies and they are not used for advertising
purposes. Also, cookies do not pass viruses or other bad programs to your
computer.
To fix this problem you need to adjust the settings on your:
Internet Browser
and/or
Firewall
Adjusting your Internet Browser and/or Firewall Settings is Simple.
Follow the steps bellow on how to adjust your Internet Browser and Firewall
settings. You don’t necessarily need to adjust the settings on both
your Internet Browser and Firewall. After you adjust your settings on
one, try logging in again. If you are still unable to log in, adjust the
settings on the other.
Be sure to follow the steps that pertain to the Internet Browser you
are using (Internet Explorer or AOL) and the Firewall software
you have installed on your system (EZ Firewall or Zone
Alarm). If you still can’t
log in after you adjust your settings, call us at 1-888-501-7686.
