YOUSSIFIYAH, Iraq (AP) - There were few election posters or banners Friday but plenty of graffiti promising death to voters in this heavily Sunni Arab area south of Baghdad, where nostalgia for Saddam Hussein endures and hostility toward the United States is widespread.
