We will gladly exchange any item within 15 days after the date you
receive it. Don't worry if there are circumstances that cause a
few days delay beyond the deadline. We will still accept your
return.

Unless the item you are exchanging is a mistake on our part, or is
defective, we cannot issue a return label or credit your return shipping
cost. (Would you expect a retail store to pay the expense for you to
return something to their store?)

We can only
offer free shipping once. If your original
order is over $50, the first shipment will
be free. If you need to send an item
back and have another size or style sent,
a shipping charge will apply if it is
under $50.

Get it right the first time by using the
size chart provided on each ordering page.

Have the baby's measurements ready before
you order.

Do not try to determine the size to order
by the baby's age, weight, or the size
they are currently wearing in other
clothing.

We have
measured each style, allowing for wearing
ease. If you order according to the
size matching the measurements on the size
chart, you will get a good fit and will
not have the extra expense of returning
and reordering an item.
Return Instructions:

If you still find that you need to exchange an item, the easiest way is to place another order for the
item you wish to exchange for.

No authorization number is required for returns, so you don't need to
call in advance.

Then package the item you are
returning and send it back to us.

Please be sure to send it so it can be
traced. We cannot issue a credit without proof of delivery.

If you send it back by US Postal Service, request delivery confirmation.

If you send it back by UPS or FedEx, keep your tracking information.

When we receive your returned item we will issue a credit to your card
within 3 business days. Please allow 3-4 business days after that for
the transaction to post at your bank.

We offer same-day turnarounds on exchanges! Just place your order for
the replacement item before 11 a.m.
MST, and we will send it that day.

Exchanges requested after 11 a.m. will be
shipped the next business day.

As with
returns, exchanged items must be unused, with all
hang tags and labels in their original position.

We
cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom
monogrammed articles.
