I am going to be visiting the Bath area of Maine in mid-june next year. The place claims they have good striper fishing and offers a kayaking fishing deal that looks interesting. You think its worth checking out or do you think its too late in the season and most of the fish will have already headed south?
Ned - This is a guestbook, questions are not answered here, this is just for saying hello :-) We have 30 forums on this website collectively known as "SurfTalk" - if you post your question there you'll have the benefit of over 7,000 registered members and their collective experience to answer your questions :-) Hope to see you there - TimS

Looking forward to a great trip to Cape Cod next month. Have planned a half-day trip to fish for stripers somewhere in coastal waters. All of this is new to me; my limited experience has been in river deltas, inland lakes and streams, etc. From surfing the Web it would appear there are many avid and warmly enthusiastic fishermen in New England. Can't wait!
