CANCELLATION / ORDER CORRECTION POLICY
Once your order has been placed, it is immediately forwarded to the warehouse for processing. We are often able to ship an order the same day it is purchased. Due to the high volume of orders we receive and the speed at which we process these orders, all sales are final. Before you complete your purchase, please be sure you wish to follow through with the order and confirm that you have selected the correct item(s), color(s), accessories, etc.
That said, if you contact our customer service department in advance of shipment, we will do our best to honor a request for cancellation or to make changes to an order that has been placed. However, all sales are final and once the fulfillment process has begun we are unable to guarantee we can make changes or cancel the order. In the event we are able to cancel your order, a 5% fee will apply to cover credit card processing charges.
After an order has been shipped, you may still return your order per the terms and conditions of our refund policy. When your order arrives we recommend refusing delivery to avoid paying the return shipping fees, however all other applicable fees will apply.
