Overview

Nothing touches the reliability and performance of Mercury Network Dedicated T-1 service. Dedicated T-1 service provides high-speed Internet access to an entire network of users through a private, high-speed connection that operates at speeds up to 1.5M.

Dedicated T-1 service eliminates the high cost of maintaining multiple Internet accounts, multiple phone lines, and multiple modems for multiple users, by consolidating Internet traffic onto a single, high-speed connection. It also increases productivity. Users no longer have to wait for a modem to "dial" their Internet provider. Access to the Internet is instant, with just the click of a button, and much faster, too. Conventional modems operate at 28.8K, but Dedicated T-1 service operates at speeds as low as 128K, enough for a small office, and as fast as 155M - enough to service Fortune 500 companies.

Dedicated T-1 service keeps your network connected to the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because your Internet connection is always on, mail, web and other servers can be hosted through the connection. Remote users may VPN in through the Internet connection to access files, databases and other corporate resources.

Dedicated T-1 service operates over a private, high-speed, point-to-point connection between you and Mercury Network alone. Mercury Network Dedicated T-1 service provides the lowest latency, highest throughput, and most predictability of any dedicated access service.
