This idea is hardly new. Groups of artists are banding together and forming alliances all over the net in an effort to educate the growing number of web page builders about using original graphics. We have reached many of you out there and, we at ACAP,  would like to hereby extend our heartfelt thanks to those who respect our wishes by not altering our hard work in any way and by giving credit where credit is due when using our original art. 

However, there are still a number of shameful users who refuse, deny, lie and plagiarize even after countless attempts by us to reach their sense of decency and/or honestly.  Consequently, we are left with no choice but to erect this grotesque "Fortress of Shame" and place their names and URLs on our dishonorable roll . 

Although we HATE to give anyone who behaves so rudely any more negative attention than they already seem to thrive on, it is our hope that by mentioning their names here, we can eventually stop them from stealing ours or anyone else's hard work.  Furthermore, anyone inducted into this Fortress of Shame will remain here until they agree to abide by the rules that govern us all, and KEEP THEIR WORD.
