Assume a fatal accident or event witnessed. Heart beats increases and throat dries. In fraction of seconds our body systems start to adapt themselves to cope with that critical situation and within no time our body gets adjusted with that particular situation. Likewise, in hot summer our body starts sweating to sustain its inner temperature with the outer environment and gradually gets tuned with outer surroundings. This process of sweating is spontaneous and instinctive so as to maintain the body temperature. Also, in fever the increase in body temperature is just to resist the outside parasitic attack.
It is our natural ability to mold our innate systems in accordance with our existing circumstances.
It is our instinctive mind that decides how to deal with good as well as bad life situations. This means that, if we really want to create change or improve our life then we must learn to exploit our mind capabilities. Exploring the power of our mind will help us in shaping our innate nature in accordance with our existing circumstances while facing the life challenges. This power of mind can be used in purging negative emotions from our psyche. Lessening negative emotions can tranquil our mind and develop our instincts -- or Intuition -- while eliminating stress-strain, tensions, worries etc.
If we could 'manage' our mind by purging negative emotions, we may accomplish those goals we never dreamed possible.
There are hundreds of books, courses, personal coaches, software programs, subliminal tapes and short-term solutions out there that promise to change our life. But none of them work because they don't teach us how to mold our innate nature in accordance with our existing circumstances while facing the life challenges. Every person, his behavior and his existing circumstances
form a unique combination. A software program on our computer may promise us to create change - but that's not going to happen until we learn to take control of our own mind and develop our own powers to purge negative emotions from our psyche.
Health is a birthright of every living creature, and each creature howsoever unimportant, has some diving purpose behind it. Health is an indication of happiness. The ultimate aim of what so we do every day is to achieve happiness and everybody works in this direction of happiness throughout his life. If we ask ourselves, what is the purpose of my education? Why I like to play certain game? Why I am investing money in shares? Why I am reading that book? Why I am marrying? Why I am a raring children? Why I am doing job? And so on! All these questions ultimately lead to same conclusion - just to derive more and more happiness out of life!
When we say the real source of happiness lies in our innate nature means we admit that happiness could never be obtained from outside sources, rather it could only be gained by reshaping our innate nature.
To derive maximum happiness we have to mold our behavior first! If our behavior is emotionally balanced, we shall be happy, regardless of our external circumstances, but if our behavior is emotionally imbalanced we shall never find happiness, no matter how much we try to change our external conditions. The more happier we are, the better would be our relationships -optimistic, friendly and confident with everyone in our life. When we feel good about self on the inside, we do our work better and take more pride in it. We are a better boss and co-worker. And the greater our overall peace of mind, the more likely we are to earn a good living, save regularly for the future and ultimately achieve financial independence too.
Doctors and scientists now firmly believe that 75% of all our sickness' and diseases start in the mind means our basic behavior is responsible for them! As much as 70 percent of all visits to a primary care physician are for a psychosomatic illness -- a disorder that involves both mind and body. Only 16 percent of people who visit their physician for common maladies like nausea, headache and stomach upset are diagnosed with a physical, organic cause. This means that a whopping 84% are suffering from an illness that is originated in their MIND and their innate nature is responsible for that! Researchers have also proven that people who have a healthy and positive attitude -- or incorporate positive thinking -- live better lives.
When an individual who has been 'out of balance' has made the decision to return to balance, he or she must make it as a topmost priority project. Nothing else must be more important. Particularly in the case of a debilitating emotional balance, the return to health necessarily becomes more important than family, friends, job or anything beneath the sun! The development and maintenance of a positive mental attitude is imperative.
Each of us is a self-organizing autonomous system of consciousness. Each of us is an energy system. Energy flows through our Being, and is directed by our consciousness. This energy is in a state of movement, it flows, and in a healthy organism this energy flows smoothly. When the flow of this energy is blocked or interrupted, it is experienced by our inner-self as an emotional imbalance, and it is the inner-self's instinctive tendency to return to balance so as to return to health.
Each type of the ailments and ill-health conditions are associated with a particular 'way of being'. The person's 'way of being' have an immunity and susceptibly associated with it, and when this immunity and susceptibly crosses their limit of endurance, it manifests as a negativity. When someone wants to release this negativity, they must release the 'way of being' that was associated with that negativity. Obviously the process of healing implies a process of transformation. For the process of healing, though we use numerous modalities to relieve pain but major part of healing is natural. We can say that we have an inner guidance system, a connection to our Inner-Self that supports the healing process.
We need to cultivate our basic nature like a soil. We need fertile soil for seeds to spring. We need air in the soil. Likewise our inherent behavior needs regular training and airing of balancing emotions and releasing broken bonds by purging negative emotions. The river has no shape, but it takes on the boundaries, which it carves out for itself, so is the innate nature -boundless, until it creates a prison for its own thoughts. All of our behavior results from the thoughts that preceded it. So the thing to work on is not our basic nature in real sense, but the thing that caused our existing behavior, our thoughts! All that we are is a result of what we have thought. What we think we become. If you think about disaster, you will get it. Brood about death and you hasten your demise. So mold your innate nature in a manner to think positively and masterfully with confidence and faith, and life becomes more secure, more fraught with action, richer in achievement and experience. You're either living in the problem or you're living in the solution. Always affirm positive like, "Now, when I'm confronted with what I used to think was a negative situation, I use a different thought process. I force myself to replace those negative thoughts that creep in, with positive thoughts about how I might solve the problem." So mold your innate nature in a manner to dominate situation rather situation dominates you. Every thought-seed sown or allowed to fall into the mind, and to take root there, produces its own, blossoming sooner or later into act, and bearing its own fruitage of opportunity and circumstance. Good thoughts bear good fruit, bad thoughts bad fruit.
"Molding the innate
nature" implies gradual transformation of your thinking pattern in a way to cope every life situation. At present we tend to manage emotions -either suppressing or expressing- we think we have our problems "managed!" While patch up this hollowness superficially, normally we resort to anti-depressants, anti-hypertensives, drugs, alcohol, exercise, meditation, yoga or even entertainment too- means anything that we think can be helpful in lessening the pain that we carry inside. If we can't carry it, it may explode in some drastic reaction ranging from petty crime to murder. By venting emotions in any form (constructive or destructive; constructive such as listening music, meditation OR destructive like bullying or abusing others) makes us relieve temporarily. Venting our feelings is a very natural reaction and explosive negative emotions can be managed skillfully like a steam management mechanism in a pressure-cooker. The pressure-cooker mechanism uses steam for cooking food as well as it releases the excessive to avoid hazards. In same manner the exploding emotions can be managed. Expressing negative emotions at times is a natural part of normal life, if managed properly; emotions can be canalized in a manner to avoid hazards as well as dominate life situations. Our capacity of balancing emotions to derive maximum happiness or life pleasure will determine our level of success as well as satisfaction. Not our intelligence and I.Q., but our ability to dominate life situations plays important role while surviving in today's unique world. Majority of the successful celebrities are identified by their one or more ruling feature that demonstrates their one of the unique behavioral characters -either constructive or pervert- which is attributed to their innate nature- like self-martyrdom, workaholism, obsessiveness, homosexuality, paranoid or adulterous tendencies rather than their GPA or scholarly features!
