The network as we know it today
was created in February 1996 by Alan T. Peto and started off
with only 2 members. Today we have over 3000 members
spanning over several different agencies and branches
including: Navy, Marines, Army, Coast Guard, NCIS, DoD,
Civilian law enforcement agencies, and more.
Alan runs the NAVCOPS Network with his own
funds and time. So please don't yell when applications
take a while to process! There is never any dues or
fees, it is all 100% free to you!

provides excellent networking opportunities, training and
information "
