Email Certificate Delivery

When you complete your Florida traffic school course you will be offered several options for certificate delivery.

Note: You are offered the email delivery option when you Complete your Traffic School Course.

First class mail delivery is free and we mail certificates within 1 business day. Email delivery is intended for those that are out of time.

If you select email this is the process:

1. You pay $9.95 for the digital certificate delivered via email
2. Our system generates your certificate in the form of a PDF file
3. Our system automatically sends you an email with the PDF file attached
4. The email also contians a link to download your certificate
5. The email is typically sent within a few minutes but may take up to two hours
6. You receive the email and open the attached PDF file - your certificate
7. You print your certificate and send it into the clerk of court

What is a PDF File?

PDF is a very common file format used on the Internet. PDF files are viewed using adobe acrobat - a free program. PDF files are used to deliver documents that can be viewed and printed but not altered.

View your Traffic School Certificate

When viewing the email open the attached PDF file - double click on the filename.

If you have Adobe Acrobat it will automatically open and display the certificate.

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat then download and install it.

Print your Traffic School Certificate

With your certificate open in Adobe Acrobat print it

If you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer it will automatically open the certificate.

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat your computer will ask you what program to use to view the PDF file - if this occurs then download Adobe Acrobat and install it.

If you order your traffic school certificate via email but do not receive it check the following:

1. Is the email in your spam folder
2. Was the email blocked by your Internet Security Software (Norton or Mcafee)

If you receive the email but the attachement did not come through note that the email contains a direct link to open your certificate.

Printing Problems

If you print your certificate and it is illegible do the following:

1. Open your traffic school certificate in adobe acrobat.
2. Select "Print Setup"
3. Change the Orientation to "Landscape"
4. Select "OK"
5. Print the certificate.

Your Responsibilty

It is your responsibility to deliver either by mail or in person to the clerk of the court in the county where you received your certificate.

You must meet your deadline which varies by county.
