Your account information is contained within your BigLook profile. You may edit your profile at any time - all you need is the original email that you used to sign-up. We make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

BigLook is an Opt-In Members Only Program
Various surveys will be conducted among BigLook members. Information from research will be used to design new products or services, and to develop advertising or marketing programs. Personally identifiable information will not be shared with other participants of BigLook.
