| Revenue or Margins on Software – As an Affiliate Partner
you will receive a commission of 15% on every referral that generates a license
sale of Avidian Prophet Software. These commissions checks are sent to you at
the end of each month based on your fully paid referral sales.

Banners, Buttons and Copy – We provide you the creative
tools to promote Prophet and generate revenue for you. Click here to see the

Payment of Purchases – All referrals sales to us from your
Affiliate link can be paid for by credit card or check. Payments for sales by
check may delay your commission being paid until the sale is complete.

Use of Prophet & Avidian Logos – As part of joining our
Affiliate Program we provide you with a variety Prophet links and banners that
you can attach to your web site to begin your referral business. We can also
provide you with Avidian Technologies and Prophet Logos as needed for your
other marketing efforts.

Quarterly Partner Sales Updates – As an Affiliate Partner
we want to recognize those Partners that are more active. We also want to
provide you with referral sales activity information to help you judge the
success of your efforts. We will provide quarterly statements to you of all
referral sales we have received from your site and how you are doing. From
these reports we will be recognizing some of our more active partners via
Avidian newsletters, web notices as well as having them participate in some our
press and public relations activities as needed.

Product & Technical Benefits |

Access to Beta – As we get ready to launch our new releases
we want to make sure that our active Partners have a chance to try the new
product out and to provide important feedback to our success. As an Affiliate
Partner you will be eligible to participate in our Avidian Beta Program for our
Partners.

Pre-release Information – As part of our Affiliate Partner
Program you will receive pre-release information in regard to our updates and
our new releases. This may be through our Affiliate Newsletter, personal email
or conference calls. We want to make sure that as your refer clients to us that
you are up-to–date with the feature sets and benefits of upcoming products.

Technical Support from Avidian - We believe Avidian Prophet
Software is easy as 1-2-3, but know there may be times you may have an
issue/question and need access to technical support. As an Affiliate Partner we
will provide email support to you on up to 5 issues per quarter. If we find
that you exceed that amount we may choose to charge you for that those
additional support calls based on the individual issue.

Technical Training – We know as an Affiliate Partner you
want to be kept up to date and technically proficient on the product. We
provide our Affiliate Partners with access to participate in quarterly
technical conference calls. We also provide a 15% discount to attend the
training classes we offer on our web site.

How to Join |
|
1. Read and agree to our Affiliate Partner Service Agreement
|

2. Fill-out the online registration form - joining the program is
FREE.
|
|
3. We will send you an email with details when your site has been
reviewed and approved.
|
|
4. Log-in to your account at
https://www.avidian.com/affiliatewiz/login.asp and select the marketing
elements that work best for your site: buttons, banners, text links, and blocks
of copy. All of the marketing material you will need is available here. |

5. Checks are mailed out monthly (not quarterly like most
programs) and you will be paid once the 30 day return period for the product
has expired.
