The calm, sunny fall weather continued for another day and Rich, Von, Capt. Steve, Mike, George, Kevin, and Jay made the best of it by catching a great load of halibut. The big 'butt of the day weighed in at 112 pounds and was hauled in by Kevin (bad back and all). The bite was quick and just a few smaller fish were released. All the other fish weighed between 30 and 66 pounds

David, Bob, Paul, Betsy, Laura, Chelb, and Capt. Steve enjoyed another steller day on the water and caught a load of halibut, 3 lingcod, and 2 yelloweye rockfish. Betsy's 124 pound halibut topped the 117 pound fish her husband Paul pulled up.  I don't think he'll stop hearing about it until they come back next year to try again.
