EROICA IS NOW ACCEPTING NEW ARTISTS

The following is a summary of our non-exclusive License Agreement:

Non-exclusive agreement: affords out artists the prestige of performing on our label: Eroica is aggressively growing its catalog, and rapidly becoming one of world's leading distributors of independent classical music, offering mainstream retail and digital distribution channels to over 200 artists and 400 titles. These same services are available to genre other than classical through our affiliate label, Turn On Records, as follows:

World Wide Digital Distribution: Eroica supplies its entire catalog to the new major legitimate digital music services (DMS): eMusic, iTunes, MusicNet, Pressplay, and many others - including the leading European DMS providers. We fulfill CD orders, register your release with Soundscan, and encode your music for delivery to the various digital music services and retail outlets.

Internet Music Retail Sites: Eroica supplies its entire catalog to all major internet retail stores including: Amazon, Tower, CDNow, and others in 11 countries, including the UK, Japan, France, Germany, and others.

Distribution: in 144 countries, through Alliance One Stop Group, the world’s largest one stop service., and H&B Recordings Direct, the world’s largest direct mail order house.

Exposure: Eroica uses its unique partnerships to give its artists mass exposure via listings in All Music Guide, Muze, Inc., DCN, Loudeye Technologies, and other Internet Listing Services who supply cover art, track listings, sound samples, artists photos and bios, and liner notes to all internet data bases for major internet sites.

Fulfillment: Eroica wants its artists to grow in every way possible.

Since the distribution agreement is non-exclusive, you are free to continue placing your CDs with any other record company or distributor of your choice.

The retail price for all Eroica CDs is $17.95. Your royalty income is $8.10.

The wholesale price for all Eroica CDs is $8.10. Your royalty income is $4.05.

The retail price for all Eroica double CDs is $28.95. Your royalty income is $13.06

You will receive 50% of all DMS royalties.

In return for these services, and the time we will spend marketing your CDs during the next 5 years, ECR requires the signing of our non-exclusive License Agreement, the consignment of 100 of each title of your CDs to our inventory, and the payment of a retainer fee upon your signing of the agreement.

We urge you to give our offer the most careful consideration. You will be joining an extensive catalog of internationally known artists. We point with particular pride to our affiliation with Phoenix CDs, Crystal CDs, Musically Speaking CDs, and Palatine CDs, featuring orchestral performances of the most familiar classical music composers. under the direction of Maestro Gerard Schwarz, Conductor of the Seattle Symphony. Maestro Schwarz also does a commentary on the composition(s) on a 2nd CD in the 2-CD set.

Eroica is creating international attention with its new 7-CD release of the greatest Bartok Solo Piano Works by Hungarian-American pianist June de Toth, the first woman to record a cycle of Bartok’s piano works, including the complete Mikrokosmos. This 7-CD set has been submitted for a Grammy Award. All of this activity will result in attracting thousands of new visitors to the Eroica internet site.
