SHIPPING POLICY
UrbanScooters.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all electric scooter, gas powered scooter, electric bike and push scooter orders placed within the continental United States.
All shipments are delivered via reputable carriers, typically UPS or Fed Ex. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, PMB's APO's or FPO's. Some items may be shipped separately. The delivery date information we provide is not guaranteed, but an accurate approximation of the delivery date. Providing inaccurate information at checkout of shipping to an alternate mailing address may cause a brief delay for order verification.
ORDER TRACKING
An email with your tracking number and approximate delivery date will be sent within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you have not received a Shipping Notification email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@UrbanScooters.com. Please include your Invoice # in the subject line of the email.
SUPER FAST FREE SHIPPING (Delivered in 1-4 days)
When the speedy scooter symbol appears on a product page we offer Super Fast FREE Shipping on that item. It will arrive at your door in approximately 1-4 business days when ordered before 10am Pacific Time. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days. Consult the map below to determine an approximate delivery date.

STANDARD FREE SHIPPING (Delivered in 1-6 days)
All items in our store not noted with the speedy scooter symbol will arrive at your door in approximately 1-6 business days when ordered before 10am Pacific Time. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days. Consult the map below to determine an approximate delivery date.

PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADES
Next day, 2 day and 3 day priority delivery options are available on most items for an additional fee. Orders received by 10am pacific time will usually ship the same business day or by the next business day at the latest. Your order will be delivered 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days after it has shipped depending on the priority shipping upgrade you have selected. Packages only travel on business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days. Providing inaccurate information at checkout or shipping to an alternate mailing address may cause verification delays.
SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE MAILING ADDRESS
We are more than happy to ship to an alternate mailing address, but for your security we must verify every order shipping to an alternate address manually. The verification process is quick and typically completed the same business day an order is placed. To avoid shipping delays due to order verification we recommend scheduling shipment to your billing address.
When shipping to an alternate address, we ask for the phone number on file with your credit card company or debit card company (bank) and the customer service phone number listed on the back side of your credit/debit card. We then contact you to verify your order through the confirmed phone number. We thank you in advance for your patience. This process allows us to prevent fraud and provide our customers with the highest possible level of security.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are unable to ship to an international mailing address or accept payment from credit cards or debit cards with an international billing address. This includes neighboring countries such as Canada and Mexico, US provinces such as Puerto Rico and Guam, and all overseas military addresses.
SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA
Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska require air delivery. Please choose either the 2nd day or Next day priority delivery options when prompted at checkout.
