Lectrosonic Wireless Long Ranger III PA System
The Long Ranger III is the highest output portable PA system of its type. The built-in wireless microphone, convenient second wireless channel, rechargeable power supply, and the high audio output, set this system apart from any other portable PA system on the market. If you're going to have an auction, insist that your auctioneer utilizes this system.
The amplifier produces a full 33 Watts RMS with low distortion into the 8 Ohm speaker. This produces enough audio output to cover an area the size of a football field. The amplifier powers either the built-in speaker or up to 2 external 8 Ohm speakers. The amplifier is powered by two 7 amp-hour rechargeable batteries mounted between the speaker and circuitry housing.
The Long Ranger III features a VHF wireless microphone system with up to 750 feet of operating range due to a high performance receiver and full power transmitters. The antenna is an integral part of the horn speaker to eliminate damage. A squelch circuit automatically quiets the system when the transmitter is turned off. The standard transmitter supplied with the Long Ranger is a belt-pack type compatible with all Lectrosonics headset and lavalier microphones.
The Long Ranger III was designed with versatility in mind. A second wireless microphone system can be added to allow two people to use the system simultaneously. The optional add-on receiver mounts on the rear panel and operates from the Long Ranger III internal battery pack through the 12 Volt DC OUT jack on the control panel. A second attenna is built into the horn speaker to accommodate the add-on receiver.
Wireless Clerking & Record-Keeping System
We are currently evaluating several wireless clerking and record-keeping systems for use at our auctions. A wireless and fully computerized system eliminates paper bidder tickets and the need to inform and ask customers at your sale to wait 15 - 20 minutes after their last purchase before they settle their accounts.
Bidding transaction information and related data is entered into the computer only once as the auction action is unfolding. Errors and subsequent losses with respect to transposing digits, lost tickets, and buyers skipping out of the sale early are eliminated. The data is available at the cashier's office immediately and bill settlement statement can be prepared with the press of a button.
Other functionalities include the ability of knowing how well your sale is going at any instantaneous moment and the production of a manual paper trail in case there is a storm-related loss of power to the facility. Live Internet Simulcast Capabilities
We are currently evaluating several nationally known Internet simulcasting providers. It is our intention to enter into an agreement very soon with the firm that can best offer our clients the world-wide audience that their special capital, real, and personal assets require. Our partnering with a simulcasting provider will also be able to handle in real time world-wide bidder registrations, settlement and accounting record-keeping, currency conversions, and arrangement of international shipping.

W3C P3P Standard
An Internet standards group, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), has recently created an internet privacy standard that helps online visitors better safeguard their privacy. The standard is known as the Platform for Privacy Preferences Project (P3P). This standard allows users with P3P aware browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer version 6.0) to specify what level of privacy they want during their online travels.
When a site is visited, that does not meet the minimum privacy requirements established by the user, a special icon appears in the browser's status bar.
