Overview The budget unit is responsible for the preparation of the annual operating and capital budget requests for the department and for providing year-round budget implementation service to all divisions within the Department of Administration. The Budget Unit provides support to the Commissioner of the Department of Administration and to the Director of Administrative Services in the presentation of the budget requests to the legislature.
