Whether planning a meeting, convention, incentive or retreat; use our
streamlined RFP submission process to quickly compare bids from
vendors. Use our detailed checklist to help you keep track of bid

Name and Password. This information will be stored securely by
Preview Hawaii, and will allow you to always access your planning
information in complete privacy. You may plan up to three meetings or
events simultaneously with this robust planning feature. Upon submitting your electronic RFP's, you will be contacted directly
by our qualified partner companies shortly. All details of the
negotiation may be tracked through this Planning Feature, resulting in
a detailed Final Vendor List, specifying who you have chosen to do
