| La Haute Manceliere is a charming 17th century longere converted into 3 cottages for let all year long. It is situated in a quiet, pretty hamlet, in the heart of the Brittany countryside. It is set in 2 acres of lawned gardens in the middle of which is a large heated swimming pool. Despite its rural location, the property is only a 45 minute drive from the long, sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The 3 cottages sleep 12, 8 and 4 and can be let either individually or together for large groups. The property is not a large gite complex, therefore there is more privacy and always plenty of room around the pool and on the sunloungers for everyone! We are 4 kms from the nearest town, St Brice-en-Cogles which has an excellent supermarkets and many smaller shops. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. The gites are available to rent all year round and have excellent heating for winter lets. Please note we do not oversell the occupancy - there is a bed available for every place advertised, we do not include sofa beds in the occupancy, although all the cottages do have them. |
