B2Real.com is Poland’s newest and most radical real estate portal, and best of all, it is currently free for all to use. Even in the future the cost to use our services will be much lower than through a traditional real estate agency. For now we are 100% free!

It is perfectly normal that there not many properties in our database just now. We are brand new and it takes a few weeks for offers to build up. Just load in your offer – you have nothing to lose. Remember, it’s free!

How does it work?

If you have a property or land you would like to rent out or to sell, you can advertise it here for free. You will choose a name and password to log in to our system, and after that you just need to follow the instructions. If possible, make some pictures of your property for us. Photographs will drastically increase the interest in your property from potential customers. After all, wouldn’t you prefer to see pictures if you looking for a property?

If you are looking for a property, it isn’t necessary to log in. You only need to use the search function. It has several search options depending on what type of property you are searching for. Remember, searching is free too!

What is different with this service?

We want to make sure our system never contains old offers. A system containing out of date information is worse than useless.

For this reason, when you first place your offer, you will be able to select how long you want it shown (up to a maximum). After it expires you will receive an e-mail and it’s a simple matter of clicking a link to renew your offer if you need to.

There are so many services like ours, but we believe, by encouraging our users to load in photographs of their properties we will become the most useful real estate portal in Poland.

We also plan to get more interested visitors to our website than any other service in Poland. We will achieve this through our network of partner web sites which will send us potential customers.

Not only that, our service is fully multilingual. We will be adding several languages over the next few months, ensuring all properties in our database can be viewed by non-residents who are typically seeking larger properties. Our system is designed so the majority of information about your property can be seen in other languages.

Can real estate agencies use this service?

Yes, of course. But they will be required to identify themselves as an agency. Agents not doing this will be permanently removed from the system. If a property an agent advertises is already in our system via another agent or directly from the owner, B2Real.com accepts no responsibility for the agent being bypassed by its own clients. Properties are advertised at the agent’s risk.
