REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS
The County of Brunswick is seeking proposals the following services: Food Service Operations for Cafeteria/Retail Food Service, Detention Center Meals, Congregate/Meals on Wheels for Aging Program, Catering for Government Center Meetings and Events.
Proposals will be received by the County of Brunswick until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 21, 2005.

From NCDOT: "The North Carolina Department of Transportation has initiated a study to develop and coordinate a plan of innovative alternatives to protect the integrity of and maintain mobility along the US 17 Strategic Highway Corridor in Brunswick County. The plan will require commitment within the North Carolina Department of Transportation as well development of partnerships with external agencies."

The Groundbreaking for Brunswick County's new Law Enforcement/Detention Center was held on Monday, December 8, 2003. Construction of the 196-bed facility has begun and is scheduled to be completed in 15 months.
