Samples are an elegant and inexpensive way for you to experience Anna Botanica! We have a NO RETURN policy due to the fact that I hate to see full bottles thrown away. This way you can test the creamy textures, delicious aromas, and initial results without an investment in full size products. And for those with sensitive skins, you can make sure your skin won’t have an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients.
There is a minimum of 3 samples per samples only orders. If you order less than 3 samples the order is automatically cancelled. Full size orders can order as many types of samples as desired. One sample type per household: 1 golden halo hair wash, 1 golden halo conditioner, 1 pearl powder, etc. If you order more than 1 per product type your order will be changed.
The samples hold potent and concentrated formulas and very little is needed at each application. Samples are not designed to correct a condition, they do not hold enough product for this. Rather, they are offered so that you may test run a product to make sure you and your pet will be happy!
