" What time is check-in and check-out?"
13:00 check-in and 11:00 check out. The local office in Madrid may arrange an earlier check-in or a later check out, depending on availability and previous notice. This may only be arranged the day before your check in or check out, as our availability changes rather quickly. The reservation department can not guarantee either one, please contact the Madrid office.

"Do I need to bring Bed Linen?"
No all our apartments and supplied with fresh bedding and towels.

"Is the Price per Apartment or per person?"
In general it is per apartment, although if it is over a certain amount of people we will charge per person.

"Do all apartments have double beds?"
Mostly we have singles that can push together, a few of our places have doubles.

"Is breakfast included?"
No, but there is no need as all apartments have a kitchen. There are lots of restaurants in the surrounding area.

"Is there a lift?"
Most of our places do have a lift although some of the places in older buildings may not. Please ask us first if this is an important issue for you.

"Are the apartments safe?"
Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best apartments. Besides, the areas we choose are probably the most protected parts of the city.

"Can I bring a pet?"
No, sorry no pets allowed

"How many people can share 1 apartment?"
Studio apartment: 2-4 people, 1 bedroom apartment: 2-4 people, 2 bedroom apartment: 4-6 people, Large apartments: 6-8, Superior apartments: 11.

"How do I pay?"
A 25% fee will be taken initially from your card as a deposit. You pay should the balance in cash. Balances paid by Mastercard or Visa will be charged at 2.99% for the whole stay. In specific cases we also allow banking transfer.

"Check-In Procedure"
When you arrive in Madrid you MUST call us 30 minutes before reaching the office. Dial the phone number previously indicated on your confirmation voucher. We meet all our guests at our office. There, you are asked to fill in our guest form. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive your keys. On the guest form you are asked to fill in your cc details. By doing this you agree to assume financial responsibility: for damage which occurs to the apartment or its furnishings during your stay, for loss of keys (which will result in a charge of 15 euro per set), for additional cleaning if necessary (in exceptional cases where the cleaning required is abnormal; a charge of 15 euro for each hour over 2 hours), for calling staff out to carry out unnecessary duties (15 euro per hour including travelling). If you do not wish your card to be used for this purpose, you are asked to pay a cash deposit of 150 euro which will be refunded by appointment when you leave.

"How can I make my reservation with minimum delay?"
Send a request for your preferred apartment and write into the comments field that if available you are reserving the apartment provisionally. If we reply that the apartment IS available, secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation letter. Even quicker way is, however, telephone booking. NOT CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.

"How do I secure my booking?"
Like most of accommodation businesses nowadays, we need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for mutually binding reservation require your guarantee. As a rule, we can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending just on your choice and current availability. However, before sending confirmation letter, we will ask you for your credit card number and expiry date.

These details can also be safely sent to us by fax or simply phoned to our booking department in our working hours. Another option is sending a check (30% of the total price) to our account. Details if necessary.


"How long does your company exist?"
In early summer 2002 it was 2 years since the company had been founded in Warsaw. We were the first company in the region maintaining serviced apartments. At present, we offer a widening range of services and are experienced to make your stay safe and pleasurable.

"Do I get fresh towels and soap?"
Yes, and much more.

"Are there any additional fees?"
Yes, we are charging a 25 euro final cleaning fee. Also if you require an additional bed or a baby cot there is a 20 euro transport charge.

"Are the apartments near the centre?"
Most of our apartments in Madrid are situated in the Old Town district. We also have a few apartments with swimming pools situated further from the centre, which nevertheless are very well connected by metro to the rest of the city.

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee)
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay

- Bookings for more than 7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee)
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge

- Bookings for 1 month and more
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee)
