Eight chilometers away from the pleasant town of Porto Santo
Stefano, at a height of 150 meters above sea level, dipped in the
Mediterranean bushland and oleanders, we rent a small villa
on two independent floors, with a deck and a terrace on the
small bay of Cala Piccola, and with a splendid view of the
Isles of Giglio, Giannutri and Montecristo.

The rocky seashore ensures some of the clearest waters of Europe.
The private beach can be reached from a panoramic road along
laurel trees, wild rosemary bushes and tall cypress trees.
Bar and restaurant service is available in the summer months.

The villa features:
· Top floor: approximately 35 mq. Bedroom, bathroom with a full size
tub, living area with equipped kitchenette, deck.
· Bottom floor: approximately 40 mq. Living and sleeping area,
bathroom with shower cabin, terrace with open kitchen and barbecue.
· Television with satellite dish, washing machine, telephone, linen included.
The villa sleeps four.

The price includes: access to the private beach, parking space near
the villa, bus service to and from the beach (July and August).
