white niagara vidal wine kitA unique sweet wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or an after dinner treat. The Vidal grape is particularly known for its winter hardiness, its slow steady ripening and thick skins, making it an ideal candidate for producing the rich, sweet late harvest style wines that the Niagara region in Ontario is known for. This wine has an exquisite balance of honey, nut and apricot characters that dazzle the tongue with a delightful finish.
