Despite its rural location, the property is only a 45 minute drive from the long, sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The 3 cottages sleep 12, 8 and 4 and can be let either individually or together for large groups. The property is not a large gite complex, therefore there is more privacy and always plenty of room around the pool and on the sunloungers for everyone! We are 4 kms from the nearest town, St Brice-en-Cogles which has an excellent supermarkets and many smaller shops. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. The gites are available to rent all year round and have excellent heating for winter lets. Please note we do not oversell the occupancy - there is a bed available for every place advertised, we do not include sofa beds in the occupancy, although all the cottages do have them. |

Within the 4 acres of tranquil landscaped gardens, including peach, cherry, apple, fig trees and many established shrubs, there is a large pond/lake stocked with Carp. Fishing rods available. There is a small river frequented by the local kingfisher, and ample space for picnics and seclusion.
There is an enclosed heated pool, in addition to a children's play area that includes swings, slide and sand pit. A Crazy Golf course and Wendy house are planned for 2006, along with a large communal barbecue area.
We live on site and will do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable. Because we have children ourselves we understand you may have special requirements such as baby baths, toys etc. and will endeavour to meet all requirements that we know we would want if we were away from home.
What more could you want in this totally relaxing environment, and I haven't even mentioned the Buzzards, Sparrowhawks, Hen Harriers, Barn and Tawny Owls, Bats, Nightingales, Lizards.
