chocolates for individuals and businesses since 2001. Our custom
designs are wrapped around some of the finest chocolates available
such as Ghirardelli, Lindt and Hershey's.
We
provide personalized service that allows you to provide input
during every phase of your order - from product selection, personalization,
design, production, and delivery.

PAYMENT
POLICY
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Or you may
send a money order for the total amount of the order, including
shipping, to the address above. Please allow an extra 2 weeks
for us to process orders placed by money order.
RETURN
POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items, all chocolate and candy items, or orders made
to order are non-refundable. We are not responsible if you provide
the wrong date or misspell text, so please verify your dates and
spelling of the text content very carefully. Shipping charges
are non-refundable. If we made a printing error, the product will
need to be returned to us. All requests for refunds must be communicated
to us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will either reprint
the customers order to their specifications, or refund their purchase
price. If they pay with a credit card, we will "credit"
their card for the amount of their purchase in a timely manner,
or issue them a refund check if they paid by money order. Cancellations
must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. In an effort
to provide the best quality product, we reserve the right to modify
our wrapper designs at any time without notification. All returned
merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given
past 30-days of purchase date.
RETURN
POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days
of receiving the order. There is a 20% handling charge on all
returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your order must
be returned in its originally boxed condition. Please contact
us before doing so, so that we may give you return shipping instructions.
If customers pay with a credit card, we will "credit"
their card for the refund amount in a timely manner, or issue
them a refund check if they paid by money order. Cancellations
must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Defective products
can be returned for replacement of the same exact product, without
a restocking fee being assessed. All returned merchandise must
be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 30-days
of purchase date.
