PET INFORMATION & TRAVEL CARD

The Pet Information & Travel Card ensures that vital information about your pet is readily-available whenever your pet travels.

Created by Susan Bard Hall, the Pet Information & Travel Card lets others know vital information about your pet, including name, nickname(s), breed, color, weight, date of birth, owners’ names and contact information, personal veterinarian and emergency vet, current status of vaccinations, health problems and medicines, and if your pet is covered by pet health insurance.

The two-sided Pet Travel & Information Card measures 4-inches by 6-inches, has a protective plastic cover, and can be affixed to pet carriers or crates.

According to Hall, the information on this card enables our pets to “speak for themselves” in case we aren’t there to speak for them.

“Pet ID tags work well when your pet is home, but they’re too small to hold all the vital information, especially if you become separated from your pet,” Hall said. “This information is vital whenever your pet travels away from home, whether to the veterinarian, groomer, kennel, or along with you on vacation.”

This information also is handy and helpful at home for pet-sitters or in emergent situations where there isn’t time to compile the essential information that others may need to know about your precious pet, especially when you’re not there to provide it.

Volume discounts are available for both retail and wholesale customers.
