Holiday Villa Apartment Suites Kuala Lumpur is surrounded by shopping arcades, dining and entertainment outlets, office buildings and embassies. The property features 120 units of service apartments comprising 35, one-bedroom, 65 two-bedrooms and 20 studio suites respectively.
The apartment suites is conceptualised as "Changing Worlds Within Our World" where a guest will experience an olden typical "Peranakan" concept at the reception and lobby. As the guest walks through, the "Asean" concept is carried through to the lift lobby and passageway and finally the guest is greeted with yet another concept - a modern and contemporary design in their rooms. All rooms are fitted with beds from King Koil and exclusive furnishings from IKEA of Sweden.
Each unit has an innovative design and is fully equipped with modern conveniences which include separate dining, lounge area and kitchenette, television with business, sports and satellite channels, microwave oven, hot plate, fridge, complete kitchen utensils and crockery.
Security and privacy of our guests have not been overlooked. All in-house guests will be issued with a lift card which will enable them to access their own rooms and public floors only.
