Doug Williams is the founder of Doug Williams and Associates (DWA). A results oriented business consultant Doug is experienced in designing and implementing strategic plans and business systems. His key strength is the ability to originate and implement change. Doug has expertise in financial, operations and general management in companies experiencing rapid change in both high growth and start-up situations. He has served on the Board of Directors for 2 companies.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Doug spent 26 years in management, 22 of these years in senior management positions across a wide range of industries. During this time, Doug defined and put in place many key business systems and improvement strategies to create profitable operations. Examples include:

• Business plans to finance both mature and start-up operations.
• Sales and marketing strategic and tactical plans for high growth.
• Started up new plants, including hiring all staff and establishing business systems.
• Quality systems resulting in ISO9001 registrations.

Doug has an MBA from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from CSU Northridge.

Matt Williams is the Technical Services Manager. He has significant experience with computer applications, web-programming and developing web sites. Matt is proficient in web programming with ASP, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS and XML. Other programming languages include Visual Basic, C, C++ and Basic.

Matt has over 10 years of computer programming experience. He has been creating web sites and web-based applications since 1995. He has experience with a number of RDBMS (Relational Databases Management Systems) and interfacing web pages and applications with those databases. Matt has been trained in search engine optimization methodologies.

Matt has over 5 years experience in hardware support and network administration / engineering.

Matt has a degree in Software Development and holds several certifications including: MCP, MCSE, MCSD and MCDBA.

Judith Ames is in Business Services at Doug Williams and Associates. She has a wide variety of skills which include writing business plans, website development, Flash, graphics development, MSAccess databases, presentation materials and accounting. She is also skilled in training (one on one and in groups).

Judith has over 15 years experience in Information Technology and web development. She has developed websites for the business environment as well as for non-profit organizations. Her writing and editing skills come in part from being the Editor of Northwest Accordion News for 13 years, a premier quarterly publication for accordion lovers.

Judith has a Bachelor of Science degree from WSU and an AS degree in Web Development from Mt. Hood Community College.

Rachael Jesser, being a key member of the Web Services area of Doug Williams and Associates, applies her skills to the Graphic Design and Search Engine Optimization. Rachael has over 5 years experience with HTML coding and designing web sites. She is also skilled in desktop publishing and graphic design with Photoshop. Rachael also performs Reciprocal Links Management for Doug Williams and Associates and it's clients.

Rachael is currently attaining an AAS degree in Graphic Communications at Clark College. She has completed a wide variety of computer and art related courses which contribute to her design and technical abilities.
