Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping for a full refund. To cancel your order simply reply to the e-mail order confirmation that we sent you, or e-mail us at sales@bitebuzzer.com and include your order number and state that you would like to cancel your order.

Shipping is considered to have taken place when we send you an e-mail stating that the product has been shipped. After we send you an e-mail stating that the product has been shipped you will no longer be able to cancel the order. At that point you must return the product for a full refund (see below).

Refund Policy

You may return your order within 30 days for a Full Refund. The customer is responsible for all charges to ship the product back to CorbCo. To expedite returns please reply to the original order confirmation e-mail that we sent you and state that you will be returning the product. Ship all returns to:
