Question: " What time
is check-in and check-out?"
Answer: 13:00 check-in and 11:00 check out. Upon availability
and previous notice we can allow an earlier check-in time. |

Price per Apartment or per person?"
Answer: You pay for the apartment, although we do have a
maximum amount of people who can stay in each apartment. |

Question: "Do all apartments
have double beds?"
Answer: No, in some of our apartments we offer also single
beds. |

Question: "Do I get
fresh towels and soap?"
Answer: Yes, and much more. You will find also basic refreshment
drinks and local magazines. |

Question: "Is breakfast
included?"
Answer: No, but there is no need as all apartments have a
kitchen, and there are always restaurants near by. |

Question: "Is there
a lift?"
Answer: Sometimes.If you need an apartment with fewer stairs,
please specify or ask for our ground floor and first floor apartments.
If you need an apartment with a lift please let us know.

Question: "Are the
apartments near the centre?"
Answer: In general 99% of our properties are in the centre.

Question: "Are the
apartments safe?"
Answer: Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most
when choosing the best apartments.

Question: "Can I call
from the apartment?"
Answer: In Warsaw, Krakow and Berlin we have phones Prague,
Madrid and Barcelona do not have phones.

Question: "Can I bring
a pet?"
Answer: Yes, but we reserve the right to charge for damage

Question: "How many
people can share 1 apartment?"
Answer: Studio apartment: 2 people, 1 bedroom apartment:
2-4 people, 2 bedroom apartment: 4-6 people, Large apartments: 6-7,
Superior apartments: 6. |

Question: "Can you
reserve a pick-up service from the airport?"
Answer: Yes we can please let us know. We have agreements
with all airports.

Question:
"Where can I park my car"
Answer: You can park your car on the outside of the old town
on a meter or if you require secure parking we can arrange this
for you.

Question:
"How do I pay?"
Answer: You pay us in cash (USD, Euro, PLN) or by credit
card (2.05% surcharge, AMEX 4.2%) for the whole stay once you have
seen your accommodation. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU IN ADVANCE. In specified
cases we also allow banking transfer. |

Question:
"What does the check-in look like?"
Answer: We can meet people who know the Old City in the apartment,
but in most cases we prefer to meet you in the office. If you come
by taxi, let the taxi wait, somebody from our staff will join you
and accompany to the apartment. There (or in the office) you fill
in our guest form, facilitate the payment and receive your keys.
Our reception and staff are ready to serve and help you during your
entire stay. In the end you leave the keys in the apartment.

Question:"How
can I make my reservation with minimum delay?"
Answer: Send a request for your preferred apartment and write
into the comments field that if available you are reserving the
apartment provisionally. If we reply that the apartment IS available,
secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation
letter. Even quicker way is, however, telephone booking. NOT CONFIRMED
RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED. |

Question:"How
do I secure my booking?"
Answer: Like most of accommodation businesses nowadays, we
need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for mutually binding
reservation require your guarantee. As a rule, we can make preliminary
bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending just on
your choice and current availability. However, before sending confirmation
letter, we will necessarily ask you for your credit card number
and expiry date.
This is convenient and safe. We have a 100% secure encrypted connection

These details can also be safely sent to us by fax or simply phoned
to our booking department in our working hours. Another option is
sending a check (30% of the total price) to our account. Details

Question: "How often does the
cleaning service clean the apartment for persons staying more than
1 week (7 nights)?"
Answer: The customer chooses one day from Monday to Friday
between 9:00-17:00 this is included in the price.

Question: "Do we have to be present
during the cleaning service in our apartment during our stay?"
Answer: No, the cleaners have an additional cleaning KEY
which is in the office.

Question: "Nightlife?"
Answer: Yes, we are always in the centre so you can rest
assured that there will be good places to go out.

Question: How long have you been in
business?
Answer: We have been in business more than 4 years now. |

Question: "Do the staff members
speak other languages?
Answer: Yes, we have staff members speak : Italian, French,
Spanish, Afrikaans, Dutch and German |
