London England is located northwest of Kent.  Train service to the London Charing Cross Railroad Station located in the heart of London, takes only 90 minutes from the south coast of Kent.  From Charing Cross, the visitor can access the London Underground or "Tube" system.  The photograph below was taken from Trafalgar Square, a block away from Charing Cross and looks towards the British Parliament and Big Ben.

Buckingham Palace is located down the "Mall" from Trafalgar Square.  The Mall is a distinctive flag-lined street that is paved in red asphalt.  The Palace is within walking distance of Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross Railroad station.
