Early sign of pregnancy
Am I pregnant?
Your first sign of pregnancy may be a missed menstrual period. Other early
signs of pregnancy, caused by hormonal changes, include:
Missed Period
This is almost certainly one of the most consistent sign of pregnancy. Even
though some women could have a light bleeding at the usual time of their period
but it is much lighter - shorter than their regular period. Now you understood
why you are asked about the 1st day of your last regular period. If you are
planning to conceive, the day when you suppose to have your period will be well
noticeable in your mind. It is the official day that you can take a home pregnancy
test. It is happened with a few women who had a period right through their pregnancy
time, but it is very rare.
Morning Sickness
This good-looking pain affects a lot of pregnant women, but having a morning
sickness not more than 50% of women. It is hardly named also. Many difference
of sickness is possible. One woman is sick only in the night, another is ill
all the day, and some of them live with its own pattern. Some women will actually
have a severe form of morning sickness called hyperemesis gravidarum. This can
lead to dehydration and other problems.
Breast Soreness
Attention! Don't even try this! Many women have breast tenderness both during
pregnancy and not related to their periods. This can be a good sign of pregnancy
for some women, but not guaranteed. You can do what some of women did: punch
your breasts frequently to make sure for tenderness that you can't make a decision
if you caused the tenderness or not.
Headaches
Headaches could be more widespread in pregnancy due to the changes in hormones.
We may name it as a pregnancy symptom, but it is not a sign of pregnancy. It
is exist a lot of reasons that could be source of headaches, like stress etc.
Bloating
Bloating could be a symptom of pregnancy, but of course not a certain sign of
pregnancy. Yes, some women do begin to bloat almost immediately, but it is no
acceptable as a sign of pregnancy.
Vaginal Discharge
Vaginal discharge, not including longing or burning, might be a sign of pregnancy.
But again, it's shouldn't smell, burn or itch and anyway not a 100% sign. It
could be signs of disease that would need appropriate medical action.
We Are Recommended - Early Pregnancy Tests
The urine based pregnancy tests measure the levels of hCG (Human Chorionic Gondaotropin
hormone secreted during pregnancy) in the urine. The amount of hCG hormone each
woman secret may be different, even in the men’s urine some quantity of
Human Chorionic Gondaotropin hormone could be detected. In the time of pregnancy
level of hCG hormone growing can be detectable by early pregnancy tests. The
more sensitive early pregnancy tests on the market will measure 25-50 mIU of
hCG, which is usually the amount found in urine between the 3rd to 5th weeks
of pregnancy. More sensitive early pregnancy tests could detect even lower level,
but it is as well could bring more mistakes.
The levels of hCG in your urine and blood are different; blood pregnancy tests
are more accurate and can be performed earlier (7-10 days post-ovulation).
First after night urine will constantly enclose the maximum concentration of
hCG. On the other hand, most early pregnancy tests do not oblige that you apply
first morning urine only. You can increase your probability of having sufficient
hCG level in your urine by waiting 3-5 hours after you last urinated. This will
allow hCG to assemble in your urine.
Early pregnancy tests hardly ever give false results. A negative result that
is later revealed to be a pregnancy is usually the result of the test being
performed too early. A positive that later turns out the woman are not pregnant
is usually a very early miscarriage. Talk to your doctor if you have questions
about your pregnancy tests and consider calling our toll free number.
