The Entrust Secure Messaging Solution offers advanced content scanning and flexible delivery options to provide comprehensive e-mail security for both internal and external users regardless of their particular e-mail application.

The solution consists of the following Entrust products:

Entrust Entelligence™ Compliance Server - an appliance that automatically analyzes all incoming and outgoing e-mails and centrally enforces policy pertaining to privacy, offensive language, IP protection, spam and regulatory compliance.

Entrust Entelligence™ Messaging Server - an e-mail gateway that secures e-mail transactions with the extended enterprise. By enabling automatic detection of recipient e-mail capabilities, it determines the best means of secure message delivery - whether S/MIME or Web-based - and enables client-free integration with Lotus Notes.

Entrust Entelligence™ WebMail Center - provides an alternate Web-based delivery of secure e-mail to simplify external communications. Recipients only need a Web browser to read and reply to secure e-mails.

Entrust Entelligence™ E-mail Plug-in - an easy-to-use, transparent plug-in for Microsoft Outlook that enables users to encrypt and digitally sign messages with minimal change in their standard e-mail behavior.

Entrust Entelligence™ Security Provider for Microsoft® Outlook - a small plug-in to the Microsoft® Outlook e-mail client that leverages the native security found within Microsoft® Outlook. Users can encrypt and digitally sign e-mails from the desktop, providing end-to-end security for stronger risk mitigation.

Entrust Authority™ Security Manager - an underlying public-key infrastructure (PKI) that delivers digital IDs to users and devices and provides automated security management capabilities. As optional components, organizations may wish to include:

• Self-Administration Server - provides users with Web-based self-registration and recovery capabilities.
• Roaming Server - provides secured access from any workstation and for kiosks that provide public access to information you control.
