Gold Cup Added
In a surprise announcement today Baer Field Speedway Owner Tom Isch announced that the ASA Late Model Series would headline the 8th International Truck Gold Cup 100 on August 5, 2005. “Both Tom (Isch) and I gave a lot of thought to adding this event, especially because we already had two events scheduled at Baer Field in 2005. However this is just too big of an event to pass up. To be partnered with International Truck for what is arguably the biggest show of the year at Baer Field is great for the series,” commented Series President Ron Varney.
