The Conway Charbeneau Group has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website, JungleShop.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Web site and to gather broad demographic information. IP Addresses are not linked to personal information.

We use cookies to store shopping basket information (e.g. product ID, Quantity), only. Some of the partner companies on our site use cookies also, to store information for their own shopping carts and in some cases to maintain a user’s “wishlist”. The cookies are not set on this website and The Conway-Charbeneau Group does not have access to any of the information collected by third party cookies. We use “web beacons” (a.k.a. clear gifs) for tracking impressions on individual pages that contain links to our partner sites.

The only areas we collect information are on the “Partner Program” and “Contact Us” forms. The Partner Program form requires users to give us contact information, specifically, their name and email address, so that we may reply to requests for inclusion into the program. The Contact Us form does not require any personal information (if a user simply wants to submit a comment, for example). This site contains links to other sites. JungleShop is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. If a user clicks-through on a merchant link, that user is taken directly to that merchant's site. Any information that is collected is done so by that site. The number of click-throughs and sales as well as what items a customer purchased are shared with JungleShop by the merchant. In some cases, the shopping cart appears on JungleShop but when the user is ready, they are taken to the merchant’s site to complete the check-out process.

This site is continually building partnerships with other companies. These partnerships consist of affiliates with online shopping sites, comparison shopping engines and link-exchange program partners. The only information shared with these partnerships is aggregate information such as the total number of monthly visitors to our site. We do not share privacy information users provide via email, online forms or any other method. Also, JungleShop does not receive any personal information from its affiliates.
