Entrust completes acquisition of AmikaNow!

Identity and access management firm Entrust has completed its purchase of anti-spam and e-mail filtering firm AmikaNow!. Entrust said it expects that the acquisition will improve its product range for compliance with regulatory guidelines, such as Sarbanes-Oxley. |
